ABOUT ME
As a child, I was always inclined towards creativity and had the knack for making the best of every situation. I often assisted my dad in his creative advertising projects and worked with ace photographers on projects who captured spectacular images after hours of setup on film. We would spend hours and some times days just to get 1-2 perfect shots. I believe, spending time with dad in the darkroom, developing those films, and seeing the hours of labor magically appear in the film always played on my subconscious mind. It was only natural for me to feel exhilarated when the camera phones arrived. I became a shutterbug trying to capture any subject I could lay my eyes on. But over the years with other priorities, I lost track to my heart's desire and left photography on the back burner, until a few years ago when my wife gifted me a digital camera - the Nikon D5300, and it sprouted the seed of creativity that had been dormant for years. Now I spend hours capturing the colors in nature, be it food, wildlife, landscapes, or the man-made cityscapes. "Taking an image, freezing a moment, reveals how rich reality truly is".
